Sampling before production
We develop patterns and samples in-house. Review the fit, fabric drape, sizing and finishes; revisions may be needed before you approve the sample for production.
Quantities & timing
The minimum order for T-shirts is 300 pieces; minimum quantities for other garments and all lead times are confirmed for your project. Share quantities by style, colour and size so we can confirm how the minimum applies to your order. Fabrics not in stock generally require 2 weeks to 1 month to source; this time is accounted for separately when planning production and delivery. Fabric specifications, construction, custom finishes and sample revisions can affect the schedule.

What garments do you make?
Alfa manufactures T-shirts, tops, sweatshirts, hoodies, dresses, knitted-fabric trousers and shorts, underwear, babywear and complex outerwear. Share your design to discuss its production requirements.
What’s the minimum order for T-shirts?
The minimum order quantity for T-shirts is 300 pieces. Share your quantities by style, colour and size so we can confirm how the minimum applies to your order. Minimum quantities for other garments are confirmed for each project.
Do you provide pattern making and samples?
Yes. Alfa provides in-house pattern making, prototypes, fit samples and size grading. You review and approve the sample before production.
How much does a T-shirt cost?
T-shirt pricing depends on the materials and details you choose. Fabric composition, weight and special treatments affect material costs; the cut and sewing details affect production work. Screen printing, DTG, sublimation, puff print and embroidery have different setup and application costs, which also depend on artwork size, colours and placement. Custom neck labels, woven labels, hangtags, accessories, washing and packaging add to the cost. Order quantity affects how setup costs are spread across each piece. Send your design, material preferences, finishing details and quantities for a project-specific quote.
How long does production take?
Production lead time after sample approval is confirmed for each project. If your fabric is not in stock, allow additional sourcing time, generally 2 weeks to 1 month. This is the fabric sourcing timeframe, not the total production or delivery time. Quantities, styles, colours and finishing requirements also affect the schedule. Share your target delivery date so we can confirm the full timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with global and European brands, including brands in the USA, Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany. We arrange worldwide shipping, including to Poland and other EU destinations. Include your delivery location in your enquiry.

Ordering
Where do you manufacture?
Alfa manufactures garments in İzmir, Turkey, and has operated since 1993.
Can I order a single style?
You can enquire about a single style or a collection; there is no requirement to order several styles at once.
What do you need for a quote?
Send the garment type, estimated quantities, size range, fabric preferences and target delivery date. Include a tech pack or reference images if available, plus print, embroidery, label and packaging requirements.
What does sampling cost and how long does it take?
Sampling cost depends heavily on the garment and its development requirements. Sampling lead time depends on our current workload. Share your design so we can confirm the cost and schedule.
Fabric & customisation
Which cottons and fabric weights can you source?
We can source a wide range of fabrics, cotton types and fabric weights for your project. If your requested fabric is not in stock, sourcing takes additional time: most requested fabrics can generally be sourced within 2 weeks to 1 month. Composition, weight, colour, special treatments and supplier availability can affect this timeframe. Share your fabric requirements so we can confirm availability and the sourcing schedule.
Can you develop oversized or boxy fits?
Yes. We can develop oversized and boxy-fit T-shirts based on your measurements, tech pack or reference samples. You approve the fit sample before production.
Do you offer washes and special finishes?
Yes. We offer garment washing, vintage wash, enzyme wash and other special finishes. Share your desired effect or a reference sample.
Which printing and embroidery methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, sublimation, puff print, embroidery and appliqué. Send your artwork and placement details so we can confirm the appropriate method for your fabric and design.
Can you use our labels and packaging?
Yes. We offer full production with your own brand labels, neck labels, hangtags, accessories and packaging. Include your requirements in the quote request.
Quality & shipping
How do you check quality?
We carry out in-house quality assurance based on your agreed specifications and approved sample. We check materials, measurements, construction and finishing throughout production, with your project requirements guiding the checks.
Which certifications do you have?
Share your requirements for OEKO-TEX, GOTS or BSCI so we can provide the relevant documentation and confirm the company, facilities and products it covers. The Little’s World standards listed above reflect statements on the brand’s own website; coverage should be confirmed for your project.
